(2) Nothing in these rules is to be construed as— PART 2 APPLICATION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES Application of these RulesĢ.1.—(1) Unless the context otherwise requires, these rules apply to family proceedings in— (l) giving directions to ensure that the case proceeds quickly and efficiently.
